Following this, have that builder upgrade your other two Army Camps all the way as well. By doing so, your army count should come out to a total of a drastic difference compared to Town Hall 4 players.

Once your two builders have finished their primary tasks, begin working on the following objectives. This section also applies to those with a third builder.
